Hello, my name is Erica Egner. I grew up on a farm in Texas as one of six kids and married my husband in 2007. Together, with our two boys, we relocated to Washington in 2017.

With over 20 years of experience in the design industry, I have a background in graphic design, but my passion for interior design has always been strong. Throughout our journey as homeowners, my husband and I have renovated three different properties. I find joy in the process of bringing a space to life, and I especially enjoy the challenge of working with the existing footprint and character to maximize both form and function.

In 2022, I became a short-term rental host after renovating a 1970s cabin in Glacier, WA. Prior to the purchase, I dedicated months to learning everything I could about the STR world, and felt confident and well-educated when I finally took the leap. I am also certified as an Airbnb Stylist and am excited to share my expertise with fellow hosts and investors, helping them create exceptional and unforgettable experiences for their guests.
